INSURASAFE, LLC (“INSURASAFE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates ContractIQ, a B2B insurance contracting platform. This page describes the SMS messaging program operated by ContractIQ.

Program Description

ContractIQ sends transactional SMS notifications to licensed insurance agents who are invited to the platform by their Field Marketing Organization (FMO). Messages are related to the agent's contracting workflow and account activity, including: contracting invitation alerts, writing number issuance notifications, E&O certificate expiration reminders, and document upload prompts.

Consent and Opt-In

SMS consent is collected when an FMO administrator invites an agent to ContractIQ. During the invitation process, the FMO confirms that the agent has consented to receive transactional SMS notifications. The invitation form includes a clear disclosure stating the types of messages that will be sent, message frequency, data rates, and opt-out instructions. Agents must provide their mobile phone number during the contracting process. SMS consent is not a condition of using ContractIQ or completing the contracting workflow. No messages are sent until consent is confirmed.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Agents typically receive 1–5 messages per contracting event. Messages are only sent when there is a relevant account action, such as a new contracting invitation, a writing number being issued, or an E&O certificate approaching expiration.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier rates for SMS and data services are determined by your mobile carrier and are not charged by ContractIQ or INSURASAFE.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message from ContractIQ to unsubscribe from future SMS notifications. You will receive a single confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications from ContractIQ. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the ContractIQ platform or complete contracting workflows. To re-enable SMS notifications, contact support@ebbie.ai.

Supported Carriers

SMS messages are delivered via Twilio. Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.

Privacy
